It’s hard to find a better notebook for photography than Apple’s 17-inch MacBook Pro. The huge screen, with an optional anti-glare coating ($50), is ideal for editing or showing off your work. Less than an inch thick, it weighs 6.6 pounds. And the built-in battery can last up to 8 hours (4 with a lot of applications running). The LED-backlit display has a 1920×1200 resolution, 700:1 contrast ratio, wide viewing angle, and 60-percent greater color gamut than previous MacBooks. However, the steep price rises when you add the matte screen and if you upgrade the processor to 2.93 GHz from 2.66 GHz and RAM to 8GB from 4GB.

41mz8i4fSNL._AA280_Yes, a MacBook is technically a notebook like any other, sometimes the competition is even more powerful and cheaper, but if you love Mac Laptops, what else can you do other than buying one.

- The aluminum housing guarantees a perfectly processed and high-quality notebook

- The battery is great for me in practice runs for 4.5 hours at maximum brightness setting, and WLAN

- The MagSafe connector protected from the consequences if you accidentally stumble on the charger

- A backlit keyboard allows a much more comfortable typing in the evening and in the dark

- Faster standby. Simply fold out, just flip. Only works on Mac OS X makes it easy

- The side speakers not only look beautiful, they also sound great too for a notebook

- The large glass trackpad button without disturbing a real mouse replacement, no comparison to conventional notebooks

- A battery indicator, which displays the charging status of the battery even when machine is turned off

Battery life, real 7 hours for my usual applications: writing, Internet and Office.

The bad news for me is the fan. At first I was very excited, but the excitement is gone after a month. One of the two fan started to rattle. Only just a little bit at first, then it quickly became so extreme that i could bare using it anymore. I had to get it fixed.

I went to an Apple store and have claimed the fan – this was also replaced without hesitation. However, that began just four weeks later the new fan to rattle and I can make myself again on the way to the Apple Store. Here is obviously a manufacturing fault, and I have created the fear of the dark and the next fan does not help. But i know this issue is like 1 in a 100 thing. There is a great chance that you won’t have to deal with this like me. So, good luck to you all.

Apple MacBook MB466LL/A 13.3-Inch Laptop

Most laptops on the market today, in order to sustain the battery life or keep it hold charge even longer, laptop makers have to sacrifice graphics performance. In the new Macbook Pro, no more sacrificing, instead Apple introducing 2 graphics processors of the latest generation: the processor, GeForce 9600M GT and the GeForce 9400M chip.

The processor NVIDIA GeForce 9400M integrated (which is also mounting on the new Macbook) offers plenty of power for everyday use and still manage to provide up to 5 hours of battery life. When serving performance for the most intensive graphics operations, comes into play chip discrete NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT with 256 MB in the base model and 512 MB in the model above.

Another new invention introduced with this new MacBook is the new multitouch trackpad. If you have noticed, the button now removed, only pad is left to use. Apple says that this is for a reason, we will get 39% more space to move. Another thing about the pad is that the material was changed too, into glass. It gives smoother feeling and also anti-wear unlike the previous MacBook and all previous Apple Laptops.

In addition, the multitouch allows the mac to recognize up to 4 fingers combination tasks. What? Let me explain.

We usually use the trackpad with one finger to move the pointer, you can now do more. With the touch of two fingers, you can scroll a page up and down or from side to side, with three fingers, you can scroll through the pictures and libraries, with four functions can be activated if different from left to close right or from top to bottom.

The most interesting feature of the new MacBook mouse pad is the famous iPhone zoom function, so just pluck the trackpad and then to reduce the reverse, and the rotation of the photos, simply rotate two fingers to get the needed results desired.

Is there any bad news then? Well.. there is. About a month after the submission of handsets, have spread to some complaints about defects with the GeForce 9600M GT. Some users complained of problems with the graphics card, if used at full capacity for a prolonged time, the overheating of the same led to a black screen requiring a reboot of the machine. However, I have not faced such problems at all. I think that the problem refers only to some, in each case the potential buyers of this particular test immediately so as to require the replacement of the machine if it present the problem, no problem. This is pretty normal with all the new macs anyway. Only 1/10 of my friends had to return the machine but now he’s happily got a new one. However, the problem usually will not occur until you take it home. So, be alarm and ready so you know what to do right away. No need to panic.buy_new_macbook-ports.jpg

In conclusion, this new MacBook is very impressive (It supposes to) and the temperature almost always favored by the low heat dissipation of aluminum. The lightness and strength are improved.

My experience in the new MacBook is extremely positive. Two words to sum it up: quality and speed. Read More Reviews From Link Below

Instead of having many small parts to be assembled, the new MacBook was reinvented into one piece of Unibody enclosure made of pure aluminum. It is now thinner lighter and better looking than the previous model.

But the beauty of the new MacBook is nothing comparing to the chassis Unibody MacBook which is more stable and more durable than ever.

The keyboard of the MacBook is more solid and stable, comfortable and optimally respond to keystrokes. But sadly, the illuminated keyboard is a standard feature only in the more expensive models: MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. However, the affordable MacBook model equipped with a lot of features and power of the 2.4GHz, speedy enough for most tasks.

This MacBook can be easily connected to the iPod, iPhone, digital cameras and external hard drives connect. Two USB 2.0 portsmacbook_thinprovide the connection to a variety of peripherals. In addition, there is the Mini DisplayPort connector, the perfect complement to the new Apple LED Cinema Display. The MagSafe power connector makes for a secure power supply accident, which your system and your important data. And with the anti-theft Kensington are MacBook, battery and hard drive securely protected.

This MacBook equipped with Intel Core 2 Duo processor with speeds of up to 2.4 GHz. The larger 1066 MHz frontside bus supports the 1066 MHz DDR3 memory of the next generation. Faster memory ensures that large, complex files can be processed faster and easier to handle, and many programs can be opened at the same time without any sluggish.

First time used, I feel the LED display is very comfortable to work with for a long working hour and the maximum brightness level is in comparison to other notebooks really extremely bright. The only thing i don’t like about the usage is the reflect display, as it is with a layer of glass was coated like a pc notebook on the

market these days. I just don’t get it why they make them like mirrors. Although, reflect display makes it is easier to clean the screen, but when the sun is exactly on the display appears, it is somewhat difficult to see.

Of course, computers from Apple’s price tag is a little more expensive the most computer brands but you can count on the value of theirs additional costs, Apple (Mr. Jobs) just doesn’t know how to compromise. One other thing, i love the mouse pad, it’s big, it’s comfortable to use. May be this time, i can give up the mouse completely.

Final words, if you ever had a dream of having an expensive sport car and still don’t have it, yet. The MacBook might be the best substitute…at least for now and a few years to come.
